The app stores your training data — training maxes, increments, equipment, schedule, and workout history — entirely on your own device, in the app's local storage. This data is never transmitted to a server, and there is no account or sign-in of any kind. Nobody but you, on your own device, has access to it.
None. The app, including its typefaces, is bundled on your device and works fully offline. It makes no network requests at all.
Since your data lives only on your device, deleting the app, or using Settings → Reset 5/3/1, permanently deletes it. There is nothing stored anywhere else to delete.
This app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, since it does not collect data from anyone at all.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds a feature that stores data differently — this page will be updated and the effective date above will change accordingly.
